$1,000‒$3,150 in rebates
Home Upgrade combines multiple improvements to increase your home’s overall energy efficiency, saving you energy and money. Work with a participating contractor and combine at least one base upgrade measure and a minimum of three total upgrade measures (base or flex) to be eligible. $1,000–$6,500 in rebates and a $300 Assessment Incentive
Your participating contractor will use special software to model your home and calculate your projected energy savings. The calculated energy reduction from your project determines how much you’ll receive in rebates. You must reach a minimum 10% energy savings according to the modeled prediction to participate.
